We will gladly accept any full-priced item for exchange or return as long as the item is in new condition with tags attached within 30 days from the original order date. Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for re-shipped or exchanged merchandise as well. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the item until it reaches our store so please insure your package. If it doesn't arrive to us, we can't give you credit.
